TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) is the basic communication language or protocol of the Internet. It can also be used as a communications protocol in a private network (either an intranet or an extranet).

Step 1: Launch the command prompt as administrator.

Step 2: Press Yes in the UAC warning window.

Step3: Type command to reset the TCP/IP

               netsh int ip reset

Step 4: Press Enter.

Step 5: Type command to reset the Winsock directory

                netsh winsock reset

Step 6: Press Enter. 

Step 7: Restart the computer.
