Predictive Index (PI) is a widely adopted skill and behavior assessment test used by many organizations to aid in the understanding of how employees, or candidates, will likely deal with employment situations and managerial styles
Arnold S. Daniels sold the first Predictive Index Assessment from his home office in Boston in 1955. Many years earlier, Daniels first learned about psychological tests and their power to predict behavior when he worked with the United States Army Air Corps to find explanations for failed bombing missions.
